What does Walk-in vs appointment look like?

Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone and will be given priority. Walk-ins are seen on a first-come, first-served basis after scheduled appointments have been seated.

What is the difference between Walk-In and Emergency/Urgent care?

Emergencies are considered: Hit by car, breathing issues, male cat not urinating, seizures without history, immediate life-saving intervention, severe injury, heavy bleeding, poison ingestion, etc.

Walk-ins: We provide non-urgent health care, routine vaccinations, skin issues, ear issues, vomiting, diarrhea, small wounds/hot spots, diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance. We also perform spay, neuter, dental procedures, and laceration repair.

How do I get a prescription refill?

Please call us at least 24 hours in advance for medication refills.

What animals do you treat?

How often should my pet see the vet?

For pets under 10 years old, we recommend annual visits. For pets over 10, visits every 6 months are advised to help monitor their health more closely.
