Learn more about the amazing veterinary team behind your pet’s care below!
Alisa Boomer, DVM
I started veterinary medicine in 2009 as a kennel tech, worked my way up as an assistant, technician, and graduated as a veterinarian in 2018. I got my bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State followed by my DVM at Oklahoma State Vet School. I have been blessed to practice as a small animal vet ever sense. I find ultrasounds and behavioral medicine fascinating and rewarding. Helping people connect and treat their anxious pets and heal the human-animal bond is one of the most important parts of the job to me as a vet!
Jessica C, Hospital Manager
I have been in the vet med field for over 5 years and have been in management for 9! I have been working with animals of all sizes for over 15 years! I love all animals but I am partial to my 1year old Rottweiler, Mushu, and my amazing horse, Annie! I am blessed to find my calling caring for animals and I adore what I do!
Hannah P, Customer Relations Specialist
Hi, my name is Hannah and I love working reception at Pawsitive Vet Care! After being a teacher for 24 years and 9 years as a Business Owner I decided to attend Community Care College and graduated with a diploma in Veterinary Assisting. As a huge animal lover, I am so excited for this new journey!
Tamara P, RVT
I have been in Veterinary Medicine for 16 yrs. I went to TCC for Veterinary Technology and graduated in 2013 with my RVT license. I have always wanted to work in Vet Medicine. I have been with Pawsitive Vet Care since December 2023!
Taylor T, Veterinary Assistant
I am a Veterinary Assistant and am passionate about all things animal related! I have over 5 years experience working in veterinary medicine. When I am not helping with exams or taking care of hospital patients I am a full time dog mom to Remy, and Stevie, and I run my own pet sitting business! One day I aspire to foster senior pets!
Madalyn B, Veterinary Assistant
I have been in Vet Medicine for almost 5 years and I love working and learning new skills! When I am not working I am spending time with my son and drinking iced coffee! I not only love dogs and cats, but I also have a beta fish and leopard gecko! One day I hope to dedicate more time to helping shelter and rescue pets!
Kate S, Kennel Attendant
Hello, my name is Kate! I have been working in animal medicine since I walked out of high school. 10 years later, taking care of animals is still one of my favorite things. I may not give your pets vaccines, but I will definitely keep them happy and safe while they board at the clinic. Thank you for letting me help take care of yours 🙂
